INEC Declares Akinwunmi Ambode Winner of 2015 Lagos State Governorship Election.

Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC) has declared the candidate of the All Progressives Congress(APC), Akinwunmi Ambode winner of the of the 2015 Lagos State governorship election. Akinwumi Ambode polled the total of 811,994 votes to defeat his closest rival, Jimi Agbaje of the Peoples Demcratic Party(PDP) who polled the total of 649, 788 votes.
