“Kim and Kanye are planning a blowout birthday party for her in June and have set aside a million for it,” a source exclusively told OKMagazine.com of when North turns 2 on June 15.

The “Yeezus” rapper is also taking extreme measures to ensure the paparazzi won’t be able to snap shots of the birthday girl. “He’s even requested a no-fly zone over the house so no drones or pap choppers spoil the day,” the insider claimed.
