Young Couple Die In Fatal Accident 2 Months After Wedding

It was a double tragedy in the Gboko area of Benue State when a newly wedded couple lost their lives in a ghastly motor accident two months after their wedding.

The unfortunate couple, according to Idoma Voice, who got married on March 6, perished on May 6, in the fatal road mishap along the Mkar-Ameladu road in Gboko local government of the state, with the husband, identified as Timothy Tyo Tersen, a native of Tombo in Buruku local government area, dying on the spot while the wife, Erdoo, was confirmed dead two days later at the Benue State University Teaching Hospital, Makurdi.

The burial poster of the dead couple was quite pathetic as it had the legend, Wedded Forever, which brought tears to anyone who saw it.

Another sad dimension to the tragedy was added when the groom's father was also reported to have lost his life a few days later via another road accident died on his way from the burial of his in law.
