Buhari Blasts Newspapers For Publishing Fayose’s Advert

The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari has reacted to the advertisement placed in some national dailies showing Nigeria’s past leaders such as the late Gen. Sani Abacha, Murtala Muhammed, former President Musa Yar’Adua and the photograph of Gen. Muhammadu Buhari with a question mark on his image.

Below the advert is an inscription that reads, “will you allow history to repeat itself?” and “Enough of state burials! Nigerians, Vote Wisely: Vote Goodluck Jonathan. Northern Presidency should wait until 2019.”
An indication that Buhari may also die in office like his fellow northerners.
Reacting to the Publication which was sponsored by Governor Ayo Fayose of Ekiti State via his Facebook page on Monday morning, the former military warlord called on media houses retract the publication and apologise to Nigerians.
He said, “Governor Fayose of Ekiti State released an advert on the front page of the Punch and Daily Sun newspapers this morning, abusing a Bible verse and insulting Muslims, especially Northerners.
