The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) Tuesday lamented that the insurgency in the Northeastern part of the country and the recent bomb blasts that took place at Kano central mosque had increased the influx of people into the city.
The Coordinator, Abuja Metropolitan Management Council (AMMC), Arch. Reuben Okoya, stated this in Abuja at a press briefing where he informed journalists about the activities of the agency this year.
He revealed that AMMC is in charge of managing the nation's capital in terms of development control, environmental issues, parks and recreation, relocation and outdoor advertising, among other functions.
