Chelsea Skipper sign One Year Contract Extension

The 34-year-old’s previous deal was due to end this summer, but will now stay at Stamford Bridge until the end of the 2015/16 campaign.


The ex-England skipper, who has lifted the League Cup already this season, told his club’s website he was “delighted” to have penned a contract extension.
