1.  It is a carbohydrate! Carbohydrates come in many different forms, but either way, these foods make you fat! So it’s important to try and cut them out of your diet as much as possible.

2.  1 cup of iyan is 400 calories..Just let that sink in.  1 CUP of iyan is 400 calories.  1 cup of iyan probably couldn’t even feed my 5 year old cousin!
